1. What PawStay is
PawStay is a marketplace that connects pet owners with council-licensed kennels and catteries in the UK. We show licence information for every kennel that appears in search, but the boarding contract is between you and the kennel — PawStay isn’t a party to it.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking request is only confirmed once the kennel accepts it and you complete payment within the stated window. PawStay charges a platform fee on top of the kennel’s price, shown before you pay. Cancellation terms are shown on your booking.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. Kennel operators must accurately represent their licence and capacity.
4. Liability
PawStay verifies licence details but isn’t responsible for the quality of care provided by a kennel, or for loss or injury to a pet while in a kennel’s care.
